Pattern Lock

Can anyone help me, my son had try to open the pattern more than 5 time and now is lock and need to my email account and also cannot sign in although the correct email and password is ue and have to go to goggle.com account/recovery.

Resetting the device to factory default settings. This should get things back to normal.
