pay as you go phone for nexus 7 wifi?

Yes, we are the only people on the planet without a real cellphone...

We currently are using a tracfone and I am wondering if anyone has found a "pay as you go" phone that we could use with our nexus 7 tablet to get wifi when we're out and about?

You are not the only one without a cell phone. We don't have one and I don't want one.

I was looking at this option. Maybe that would suit you too. Else we are using GrooveIP. But for that you need WiFi.

I agree. I guess the point here is to go with the $10 version for the very occasional user. It is certainly not a scheme for a power user.
