Pay for business calls?? Metro pcs and Stylo 3 plus

Please tell me if this is right? I just tried to call a business and when it wouldn't go through o was told Metropcs was not yet set up to do business calls and i needed to purchase a Metropcs card. However 800 numbers work fine. This for real?
 
That makes no sense. I'd be complaining to Metro as well.

Just to clarify, it was an American phone number, correct?
 
I totally agree. About all i can see doing is to return my phone and stop my service. LOL! Yes it was an American call. Am i the only one with this problem? I shall call them once again before i go back to Boost.
 
I call businesses all the time. There's no reason a business number should be differentiated from a personal number, and nothing saying you can't call businesses. Sounds like the rep you spoke with doesn't know what they're talking about.


Can you check to make sure the phone number is correct/actually a US number? That's the most likely reason I can think of for your call not to connect. Hope you figure it out soon!
