Help Paying with Paypal, not supported

Hi,
I just found out Play store accept Paypal, but from some countries, and mine is not supported.

Is there any way to bypass it so I could purchase apps using my "foreign" Paypal account?

Sure the only way you can register a "foreign" account, is if you have a credit card from a bank and billing address in the country you require. That's what I've done, I have a UK account although I'm in China.
