I'm looking for the best PC application that I can use to interface with my Droid so that I can (ideally) do all of my customizations from my computer. Since I'm also a UNIX systems admin and Java developer, I'd love for this application to have both a GUI and CLI functionality.
Any recommendations? This link has a bunch:
