Help pc can't see files on my android

when i connect my android to pc it doesnt show all the fiels iso or rar files...

What kind of phone do you have and what version of Android are you running? With Android 6.x (Marshmallow) and later, when you plug your phone into a PC it's always set to charge-only mode and you must pull down the notification and set it to MTP mode every time.

Use a different file manager if using from phone, use Windows explorer if from PC
