PC to Tattoo

is there an app which anable files transfer(word,pdf etc.)from PC to Tattoo.

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

this is such a broad question. there are tons of ways to get files from your pc to your android phone. the most obvious would be to just hook it up. try searching a reading some threads. here's one:
