Apps PC UI controlling by android phone

Hi

Is there any application for PC UI controlling?

I need application which have following features
* PC UI screen sharing to android phone screen. So I can see Win UI on my android phone as it is on PC screen.
* PC UI control from android phone. So I can control my windows application by android phone (with PC keyboard).
* POP Up screen with message/alarm sound on android phone if PC application generates windows sound alarm. So if my windows application have alarm that can be noticed by android phone UI with message sound.

I have consept idea for business so I am interested in application with price also.

androidvnc is kind of like this but it doesn't have that third thing you mentioned.
