Suddenly I can't get photos from my Samsung Galaxy S4 to my PC. I had a virus and the PC went to the shop. I assume my settings have been changed. Where to start? Can you help, please? Thanks!

Hello and welcome to Android Forums!
First I would start by loading the usb drivers for your phone. Make sure your phone is unplugged from your pc during this time. Go here: Samsung put in your model number at the top and hit enter. This will take you to the site for your phone. Next select the downloads tab at the bottom and you should see a usb driver. Click on the EXE button under the download file column. If prompted click save and remember where you save it on your pc. Once downloaded you should be able to double click on it and follow the prompts to install it on your pc. Now plug in your S4 and see what happens.
