I am trying to make a View which will render an Image from a pdb or a sdf file for a biology project of mine

I was able to read big pdb files with a different structure than i was hoping for using this source, http://sourceforge.jp/projects/webglmol/downloads/54612/ESmol-0.73.zip/ but i cant seem to edit to get it to my preferences.
I would like to get a line and stick diagram of the molecular structure
