when I open the pdf to read it is not in color it is in negative format (black and white and looks like a negative). Is there anywya to correct this on my desktop it is fine thanks

I use adobe reader to view PDF files and it displays them correctly. Perhaps the app you are using to view them just thinks the white text on black background is 'easier on the eyes'.
