PDF reader app with marker tool?

Are there any PDF reader apps that have a marker tool which allows you to draw/scribble onto the PDF, not necessarily permanently nor being able to save it. (Perhaps just while the PDF is open?) :confused:
 
RepliGo Reader and ezPDF Reader have this annotations features :)

Annotations are permanently, you can read it with Adobe Reader on your PC.

EDIT: A fine reader for PDF eBooks is Mantano Reader.
If you want only mark and scribble, maybe it suits you better :)
