PDF reader for magazines?

I've been using Zinio for magazines I've purchased in the app and its by far the most stable and quick solution ive come across, but in my line of work I get a lot of brochures and magazines sent to me as PDFs, and Zinio doesn't open files that aren't purchased in app. Adobe Reader is incredibly slow, and Polaris is even worse. Any suggestions?

ive been using a program called "Calibre E-book Management" and turning pdf files into .mobi files which are compatible with the kindle app. The files load super quick, and turning pages is very smooth...The only drawback is that you must run Calibre on your pc, and then transfer the files to the TF.
