Pebble has updated their Pebble Health app to revamp the smartwatches' health features. New features include daily, weekly and monthly activity comparisons, automatic detection of whether you're running or walking, summaries for sleep and step activities, Smart Alarms to wake you up during your best period of sleep to be more refreshed, activity insights after working, and even fitness coaching based on all the data it collects.
