Peer-to-Peer and PDAnet

I have a Motorola Droid X with PDAnet (2.42 installed on my computer). I am able to browse the internet and play some online games just fine, but if I open my Ares P2P program (on my computer), I am unable to stay connected to my phone. PDAnet Desktop just disconnects without any error messages.

Does PDAnet block this type of software, or do I have something misconfigured? Or should I just use a different P2P program?

Mayb it is not blocking the P2P connection, but because P2P takes a whole lot of bandwidth iti is unable to stay connected when the load goes up so quickly.

Contact the developer and ask them.

Is it the paid version you are using? If you are using free version it is highly probable P2P is blocked.
