Why does YouTube and other videos not work on the Pendopad? How do I make it work or fix it?

Are you trying to use the youtube app or play them in a browser?
I suspect the latter, if that's the case you'll probably need flash and a compatible browser .
You can download flash from here: Archived Flash Player versions (the Android downloads are about 2/3's of the way down.
For a browser, look at something like Dolphin: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser
