Help People cannot hear me when I call them or they call me

I have tried with and without a case on it and without the case it sounds better but not great. Anyone know how to fix or do i need to take it back?

I am just trying a factory reset to see if that helps.

I know its an obvious question but have you checked the volume settings? There are also apps you can get to turn the volume up but to be honest that should be a last resort. If the volume settings are set high and its still no good then deffo take it back.

Thanks I tried all of that. I just sent it back for repair so hope that gets fixed.
