If it matters, I'm using a Droid Incredible, so the People list I'm talking about is technically the HTC widget.
I have my contacts linked to their Facebook profiles whenever possible, and I want to keep that because it fills in a lot of information I don't want to be bothered with. It also automatically shows the person's current profile picture, and that's my complaint right now. One of my friends just switched to a picture of his mother, in honor of the holiday, but it left me wondering for a bit how a mid-20s dude had suddenly become a busty middle-aged woman.
I know in general how to set contact images, but the widget seems to automatically override that in favor of Facebook piotures and I couldn't find any option that would change that. Is it possible?
(So you know: I typed this using the MessagEase keyboard, which I recommend. QWERTY is terrible anyway, but especially on a touchscreen.)
