Well, almost perfect.
I just picked up some Bose QC15 headphones, and grabbed a "comm kit" to go with them.
Whoa.. Nice.. (the comm. kit replaces the standard plug cord with a cord having a mic).
I have been using the in-ear Bose headset with mic, and they are fantastic.. BUT, these over the ear headphones are insane!
I use my phone a lot for business calls, and in my truck there is a bit of road noise that disturbs my calls from time to time. This headphone/mic set up makes that a complete non-issue.. Plus, in every other setting they are great.
Music is great.. or even just wearing them while working at a desk,.. talk about 'peace and quiet.'
The "almost perfect" aspect is this: The Bose in-ear headset has a built-in switch in the mic. The "comm kit" mic does not. I miss that a little. I could easily pause music with that switch.
But, man, what a great use of technology... Awesome sound.. I love them... It's crazy, you hear things in music tracks that you hadn't heard before..
If you want a treat, GET THEM.
Now, onto to find the a great music player. My DX is being per-snickety about music players right now... experiencing a few crashes with some players.. Currently using PowerAmp for the last few days, no crashes with this one yet. But have crashed with Museek, 3-Cubed, and the native music player..
Merry Christmas!
