Periodically lock device until question is answered?

I was just thinking it might be an interesting way to quiz yourself on topics if every x minutes the device could be locked until you answer a rotating question.

For my son, for example it might be asked 8+9=? in order to continue playing mine craft...

anyone know of something that might do that?

sounds like forced flash-cards. Get [this problem] solved and you can go back to what you were doing.
