Personal content screen

I have noticed if I swipe down on my home screen I see Personal Content of recent activity. How can I disable this? I do not want others to be able to see this if I hand them my phone to use.

Given there's probably a whole lot of even more private information stored in your phone, I would suggest you set up a guest account. Then you just enable guest mode in situations where you need to pass along your phone to others. While in guest mode they won't have any access to any of your data:
