Help Personal dictionary?

Hi all, I just upgraded from a HTC One Mini to a HTC One A9. I'm trying to transfer my personal dictionary however it's not working? I'm doing exactly what it's suggesting. I tried to open the file from HTC mail but it's 'unable to open file'

All help would be appreciated!
