can I send and receive personal e-mail address same as the e-mail address I use on my pc. using this zte merit phone . the carrior is net10 the phone is a zte merit z990g

Generally, yes. If it's webmail gmail etc it is simply a matter of setting up the same account and if its pop or imac you configure the account and servers in the email app
