I assume you're referring to your voicemail.
This is a function of the network you're on: you'd need to check their website for instructions.

Hi, Welcome to the forum!
Unfortunately as SiempreTuna mentioned the voicemail is controlled by your network provider rather than your handset so you will need to ask them how you change this.
If you would like to post again telling us who your provider is we will do our best to provide you with some more information
