Yep. I signed it at when the number was around 60 signatures. Kyocera probably never gave a S^&* about it... Still using my event ATM, as I still need to finish up a few things with my LG Optimus F3. Got that rooted last night, with a working CWM recovery and nandroid of original setup. Need to install a modded V6 software update for that, androidguy 1991's internal2externalSD script, Link2SD, then reloading apps from Mybackup Pro. F3's locked bootloader was bypassed with a Loki exploit.
Apparently a lot of Android phones now have locked bootloaders. It seems (from my recent observations, anyhow) that if you want an unlocked phone, you'll have to pay more for it (as in over $250-300). Many of them most likely won't run on most prepaid carriers, but there are some that will allow it (like Page Plus and Simple Mobile, IIRC).
