i have rooted my alcatel one touch glory 2s pro 4011X and i made factory reset again.now my phone did not work any. after i on the my phone it just shows the "acatel onetouch" and just screen is on. cannot do any. please help me

Why did you factory reset the second time?
It sounds like you've (possibly) deleted the OS; the only two things that might work are booting back into recovery and trying to install the stock software again, or you could try reinstalling the software. By connecting your computer to the phone and installing via Odin.
