I really like the phandroid app because it gives you the latest and greatest in everything android but the interface is plain but simple and if you want to check old android info you have to go to their site which is no biggie. The application updates everytime you open the application which is gteat and you can hit one of the Android news item to get a more In depth view. Overall love the app.
