Phonax..

In the app, when I downloaded it a few days ago, It allowed me to customized all my program names to something cooler, but now I keep getting is a screen like "Sorry this cannot be changed". I tried contacting Phonax about my problem through google play as well as fb, and they gave me the coldest shoulder, hmmm let me redownload my cleaners and try that out.

The login is laughable, you first just run around the circles when promptly entering your p.w. and email usual login, but you have to do three times, mobile and a few times when even logging in lol

Well turns out they where out of warranty, so I am getting new ones pretty close by...

Never mind it was just the junky program and hearing aids though, I can easily do this and change however the programs are now these days.
