Phone been unlocked

Ive bought a phone from a dealer which had been unlocked from vodaphone ive put my 3 sim in and the phone wont recognise my sim card and says network is locked
 
Go into phone settings for Network. If the APN settings are grayed out, then the phone is not really unlocked. You may also have a bad SIM.
