Help Phone being awake?

So last night i started monitoring how much battery was lost and from 58% it went down to 27% which concerned me. I looked around in the settings and battery and found that my found seems to become awake in constant intervals? And this was the same at night too. Here's a recent screenshot, what do u guys think? 1367297743976.jpg
 
Not sure exactly how to post images but my attempt below my wife has s2 i have s3, i had plenty ofg issues with media server sucking battery, now i dont use standard alarm clock and that seems to have stopped mostly. but now my phone and since JB update on S2 wifes gets random period of constant awakeness killing batt. Makes phone worthless to me if i go to bed on-call with a 40% batt life, wake up and phone was dead...... dont see why i should HAVE to have a 'smart'phone on charge every night in fear its going to randomly kill itself

And here is a SS of wifes phone the small stop in being awake towards end was when phone was turned completly off for a few mins and turned back on.... went straight back into 'being awake'
