Have you tried the stock recorder app and using speakerphone? Sounds kind-of lame, but I think it'll work. I know the stock audio recorder will record the audio output by other apps if you're using the speaker.. just tried it with youtube.

Any Chance that someone might have a .apk file for vrecorder...it does not seem to be on androidmarket any longer? I had hard reset my phone and lost all apps. It would be great to get this one back it was very helpful.
