Help Phone calls automatically same number again after hung up

My Galaxy S automatically calls the same person after I hung up. In fact, when noticing it, I can cancel the call and it will not call the same number again. I already tried a factory reset, but without success.

What can I do to keep my phone from calling the same number again?
