Help Phone cannot seem to find my new BT headphones

Hi. I just bought a pair of iFrogz Impulse Wireless Bluetooth headphones today, and I'm not sure if it's an issue with the phone or the headphones but my phone can't seem to find the headphones bluetooth singal when they are on. I have tried to look up information regarding the headphones but I only come across online versions of my manual, which hasn't been helping me. I'm wondering what I can do to get the device to be visible to my phone so I can connect. I don't ever recall having issues with my phone not finding a bluetooth device in the past, but any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the Bluetooth device enters pairing mode. This usually happens as soon as you turn it on, but you should have a look at the manual on how to enter pairing mode. Also, when you turn the device on, try to listen for any instructions

Some BT headphones don't automatically go into pairing mode, and so won't be visible to the phone. Try holding down the power button for at least five seconds. which does initiate pairing mode on some BT devices, and might shown by a distinctive flashing power LED pattern, e.g. double or triple flashing, or rapid flashing. Some BT headphones and speakers might have voice prompts for pairing mode, etc.

Also see if there's an NFC tag in the headphones, which would be indicated with the NFC "N" logo, usually on one of the earcups or headband. As you maybe able to pair them with your phone that way, by tapping your phone's NFC to them.
