Help Phone can't boot

I have installed some app that rebooted my phone ( Prestigio multiphone PAP4505 duo ), and now i can't boot my phone. When i try to boot it, it's shows just startup screen and then i need to pull-out battery. When i boot phone with Volume Down + Power i got screen on chinese or japanese, with some options ( test phone screen and something more ).

If you can boot into safe mode that would then allow you to delete the app. If you cant boot into safe mode its not the app causing the problem and you should consider a facrory reset after backing up your data

I tried factory reset, but it wont help. Same problem. Idc how to enter safe mode

If a factory reset didn't work, safe mode won't. You will need to find a rom that is suitable for your device and reflash it
