phone connect to pc with no touchscreen

hello,

i have a phone (zopo c3) that is broken... the phone can turn on but the screen wont work.
if i start my phone i can hear the start up chinese melody thing, the 3 buttons light up, the notification light works etc so im sure my phone is on but the screen lights up a little (still black)
if anyone knows how and if i can fix this it would be helpful.

i dont think that is ever going to work again but i would like to get pictures and other things from my phone on my pc.
as far as i know this is only possible when i activate the connection on my phone (but in this case i cant).

is there an alternative to get files from phone to pc without using the phone.

I was going to suggest a usb connection but you would need to access you phone to connect.

when you connect it to the computer, does your device show up at all?

I had the same problem this week with my LG G2...
the screen broke and is black/no display. it wasn't showing up on the computer until i swiped it open, then the computer was able to access my files.

if you are getting "feedback" when you touch it, it might work.
