Help Phone connections slows down from time to time. How do I fix it?

Hello! Randomly, for the last month my phone connection slows down for like half an hour. It happens a couple of times per week. By phone connection I mean mobile data and the connection required to call someone. I've tried restarting my mobile data and my phone. Didn't help. How do I fix this?

Not sure what slows down means it's either making calls or not.
You could try doing a factory reset on the device, but make sure you backup everything first

Odd that it should slow down and then fix itself.

Possibly you have sync setup to use mobile and Wifi and have WiFi calling enabled. If your phone attempts to sync large files over a weak mobile data connection, it could effect performance and calls until it finishes (or fails).

The recent slow down just finished after the half hour. That's why I made this post. No internet related apps worked properly during it. I'll make sure to look into what you've said. Thank you!
