Is there anyway to export my phone contacts to my pc using dropbox ? The problem with synchrinizing to my google account that I can not have-add persons photo

Go into the phonebook and select "export" from the menu. This will write them as a vcard file (.vcf) to your sd card (real or "internal"). Copy that to dropbox and import it into whatever app you use on your PC.
