Phone corrupts files from computer

When moving music or photos from my computer (Win10) to my phone they become corrupted. The pictures will have lines through them, and the music stutters and skips. I have already tried factory resetting the phone to no avail.

How are you moving the files?

Well for pictures I just dragged and dropped them from pictures to the phone. And for music I did the same thing and dragged them. but I also tried syncing the music with Windows Media Player but both ways ruined the mp3.
