i have a Samsung Infuse on AT&T. I find this to not to be any regular phone crash where u can do the volume andpower trick. ive done that multiple times. no luck. just continues to blink samsung. when i brought the phone to AT&T he just said he cant do anything. although he can give me a new phone for an additinal $32 a months. hell no. already pay $120 a month, not happening. although i trust his judgment that my phone is done for, he is a salesman and wants me to spend my money, i understand. but there must be another way. i sent a repair request to samsung today. luckally i sent it before my computer decided to crash [deleted driver or something, have to get my OS re-downloaded,writing this off my xbox internet explorer, just my luck lol ]. so i should get a reply from them in a few days. although i am a month off my warrenty. again, just my luck. so if anybody has anyway of fixing this PLEASE I BEG YOU, please share. thanx :D

What you are experiencing is known as a "boot loop." Since you are off warrantee, you may wish to try the fix posted in this YouTube video:
How To Fix Samsung Infuse 4G Boot Loop! - YouTube

I've done it; it's not difficult. Another option is to see if you can boot into Recovery mode. Pull the battery, reinsert it and then before it starts the Samsung loop, press and hold (simultaneously) the vol-up, vol-dn, and pwr switches. As soon as you see the first message on the screen, release the power button but continue holding down both volume rockers. If successful, you will get the yellow recovery menu. Follow the instructions to clear cache, clear all data, and then select Reboot. It will either work or it won't. Note that this will erase all data and any apps you installed will not be visible (though they are still installed). Obviously, the power button solution has no impact on the software.

GL!
