Hello, everyone! A couple of weeks ago I bought a new Samsung Galaxy J7 2016 version. All was well until 4-5 days later, when the Samsung Music App (it's not stock, I've downloaded it additionally) stopped working - I could enter it, but when I played any song there was nothing: no sound, no progress showing, but the symbol that it was playing was on. After that the phone as a whole got laggy and eventually crashed totally with a black screen and no response - I managed to start it after removing the battery and putting it back again. I thought that that was something rare and didn't look much into it. But again, after a week or so the same thing happened. Before it crashed completely, I tried to stop the music app manually, but no luck. And after a battery removal it's like nothing happened! Any suggestions? Also: I've blocked the stock music app (Google Music); is this relevant? Thank you, anyway.
