Phone credit deducting gradually

Am using du connection in dubai.i alway suse to switch off the data traffic of my phone but after some time whn i recheck ,it will be in on state.
Dont know howz its happening and due to this my phone credit is diminishing gradually.
Please some one help on this issue.

No..Just tell me how i will restrict data usage in ARC S.Or i dont want gprs thru phone..i renamed APN name,changed port ,etc..but no use.,

Have you tried using an app like Onovo? [https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.onavo.android.onavoid]

It monitors your data useage. You can also set it up to block data useage if it reaches a certain amount. Maybe you could set your Data Cap at something low and tell it it to block it if it gets to 1%
