Help Phone deactivated almost all apps and I can't turn them back on

Hi! Yesterday after having used the energy saver mode for about an hour I turned it back to normal and noticed that there was just one page with the most basics apps. All I have left is settings, internet, google (the browser, not the app), contacts, text box and What's app. I have tried turning it on an off, recharging it until full, removing the battery but nothing works. In app manager it shows them as deactivated but when I try to activate them again, nothing happens. The phone is Galaxy Core prime, do you know what I should do?

Try a soft reset. On the Galaxy Core Prime you hold down the power button and tap restart from the popup menu, then tap restart again to confirm.
