Phone Dialing app?

Anyone happen to know of an app that would keep dialing a busy number till it gets through? I know its an odd request, buddy at work with a droid was asking me if i knew of one.

I thought there was a setting for auto redial (not sure as I never used it) I use a widget called "Redialer" (what an inventive name) that gives me 1 touch redialing from my home screen.
