Hello,
This has happened twice within the last few days so I am trying to trouble shoot the problem. I charge my Samsung S7 edge overnight (it is maybe a month old) and when I wake up in the morning it is frozen. I have the night time clock set which remains on display but at 7:30 AM it is still showing 2:00 AM. When this happens my set alarms do not work ... nothing works and I end up holding the power button simultaneously with the volume down button to do a soft reset. I am trying to see if anyone out there has this same problem and if there are any solutions.
