Couldn't summarize it in a title so "haywire" is the best description.

As it stands right now a factory reboot without downloading all the backed up data seems like the only viable solution. However it would be a pain giving up all the data I have on all of my 100 apps so if anyone has any other solutions I am all ears.
List of problems
- Can't call anyone. In the rare occasions when it works I hear the dial tones but when the person picks up there is no sound on both ends.
- Same problem as above when calling over the internet using apps such as Whatsapp or Skype. For some reason however calls through the Messenger app work (to another Messenger user I mean and not a phone number).
- No sound on any apps (when using phone speakers or headphones).
- When attempting to play music on the google music app songs quickly shuffle every second and there is no way to stop it. Eventually the phone restarts on its own ones its gone through a number of songs.
- Phone randomly restarts.
- Apps crash way more often.
Relevant info
- Phone: Google Pixel (1).
- Android Version: 8.1.0
- Tried factory reboot and then downloaded all of my backed up data (including apps) back again.
