Phone got wet. Camera doesn't work.

A few months back, my phone was sub-merged in water for a few seconds. About a month ago, my back camera and flash stopped working, and each time I try to use my camera app, My phone turns off and I have to take out the battery and put it back in for it to turn on again. Any help or suggestions would be much obliged. I have the Samsung Galaxy s3

Hi CaseyGilbert. I'm sorry you are having problems with your S3. Your problems are quite likely due to your phone getting wet. You might be able to take it to a shop and have it professionally cleaned and that might cure your ills. It's a bad thing when electronics get wet. Here is a link to the S3 support area.
