Hey,
Yesterday I updated the firmware of my Galaxy S 16gb from Android 2.1 to 2.2
(PDA:JPA / PHONE:JPP / CSC:JP2)
After this I've experienced random hangs on the phone lock screen. It happened 3 times during music playback using Tunewiki with a bluetooth device connected. The only thing I can do to resolve this is pulling the battery to reboot the device. It has also happened when I had it connected to the regular recharger.
This didn't happen on Android 2.1.
Any suggestions?
And would this be helpful?
[APP] One Click Lag Fix APK - 2.0 - xda-developers
I notice that the rooting option on that software isn't available for Froyo so would I need to use another app / action to root the phone first? Or is that optional?
Can't hurt to ask, right
Cheers
