Phone hangs up automatically when making/receiving calls

I have an LG K10 supported by T-Mobile. I don't know if it's the phone or the carrier, but whenever I try to call someone or someone calls me, the call will hang up without a dial sound. I've tried fiddling with the settings to see if something was wrong, but nothing I did changed anything. Not even restarting my phone! Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Might be a dumb question but I'll ask anyway:
Which part are you stressing on?

Is it that phone calls get disconnected, as soon as you answer?
Or is it that after a regular phone call, there is no hang up tone?

I will go to my contacts and press the call button, and it will just hang up without a dial tone. I'm not pressing any buttons because I've held the phone away from my ear to make sure of it.
