So I've been having this issue for a while now and it's becoming problematic. I have a rooted Note 2. It takes forever to load any file information or uninstall an app. I'm wondering if there is hidden data.

Have you tried wiping cache and dalvik, just to refresh the caches?
Otherwise you say "no space" in the subject but don't mention that in the post. It's possible to fill space with a lot of small files as well as a few big ones. What space do you have left and what does the phone tell you about how it is used?
