Phone home screen icon folders

I created a few folders on my android phone to organize the app icons. Is there a way to copy these to my android tablet? The phone and tablet are synced with the same Google account. TIA.

The "folders" on the screen are part of your launcher app's configuration. If you are using the same launcher on both and it allows you to back up your settings (as e.g. Nova or Apex do) then you could try it: make a backup, copy to the other device, then restore it on the other device. If you have the same apps and the same launcher on both it might work.

If you are using the default launchers on the phone and tablet then most likely you don't have this option. When I used to change launcher I used an app called Folder Organiser rather than the launcher's own folder option simply because I could then use the same folders with different launchers (and actually I was using it before desktop folders existed in Android launchers anyway).

If all this talk of "launchers" confuses you, the launcher is the app that produces your desktop and app drawer. All android devices come with one, but as with most things you can also use an alternative from the Play Store (which I always do).
